Which universities offer full time distance learning degree level courses?

There are a number of them, but they are usually for courses that could all be done on computer or don't require you to use certain facilities on campus.

Universities include:

University of London

Essex

Portsmouth

York

Anglia Ruskin

LIBF - not quite a uni, but they offer degrees

Roehampton

Exeter

Arden

Liverpool

Deby

Open Uni

Edinburgh

St Mary, Twickenham

Aberdeen

Birmingham

Heriot-Watt

Leeds

Bath

Robert Gordon

Oxford

LSE

SOAS

Cambridge

Stirling

Leicester

University of the Highlands and Islands

University of Arts London

KCL

Sunderland

Northumbria

London Met

Hertfordshire

There are more, but the above are only from the first 5 pages of Google.

I think it's more appropriate to look into the subjects that you are interested in doing a degree in as opposed to asking which unis offer online degrees (we can be here all day). This is because if they uni doesn't offer the degree you want online, asking whether uni do online degrees would be redundant.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. I'm thinking of doing something along the lines of Cyber Security if that helps.

The OU does, although bear in mind the funding model used for all distance learning courses at the OU is part-time (but you are still able to take full-time equivalent credit load there i.e. 120 credits a year).

Many of these do not offer either part-time or distance learning degrees at undergraduate level, it's just a very vague list without any specificity.

Undergrad or postgrad?

If you want to do a degree in cyber security (not sure why it needs to be a degree, but that's a different matter), you would ideally want one accredited by the NCSC (if you want to work in the UK). See their list here:
https://www.ncsc.gov.uk/information/ncsc-certified-degrees

There are no distance learning degrees at the undergrad level of cyber security. There are 2 MScs that are fully certified, and 4 that are provisionally certified.
