how to make sure i dont get burnt out?

for alevels im doing 4+ hours study a day (homeschooled so only one lesson a week yay) but it is still soooo muuuch im expecting to do more than 4 as the courses get harder but this is my starting point but man it's a looot how to make sure i dont get randomly demotivated halfway thru and mess up cuz that's exactly the kinda thing i'd do tbh
and also it doesn't help im studying late in the day i get up too late last night i only finished at half one (am) mannnn

Sounds like you need a schedule. Figure out what you need to do during the week and when you will do it. Try and make sure you’ve got a good routine for sleep schedule and when you have meals and the figure out when it will be best for you to study, its not a good idea to be studying at night because your concentration will be worse and so recall wont be as good. Also if you dont have one already make sure you’ve got a distraction free quiet area where you can set out all you materials ahead of time. This for me with studying makes it much easier to start work as i dont have to spend time finding everything and setting up my materials. Hope this helps a little and you find something that will work for you, unsure of how helpful this is as Im not currently homeschooled but was in the past. Happy to clarify anything ive said or answer any more questions if you have them. Have a great day

I relate to the doing whatever, when I was homeschooled I would wake up at half 10 most days and get to bed near midnight! Hope making a plan helps you out, maybe try and timetable yourself rewards for once you’ve done your work so you’re more motivated to do it earlier in the day. Eg: once ive done an hour of this work I can do this on my phone for 30 minutes or something like that. Best of luck with your studies! What subjects are you taking out of interest? (You dont have to answer that cos Im just curious)
