Business national extension diploma program
Does studying business national extended diploma requires giving lots of presentations?
I am too shy and since childhood I tried my best to get better at this and not to be scared of giving presentations but still I feel I can’t do it 😣

If you mean the Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Business, then you can see the specification here.
There is some presentation involved in some units. For example, Unit 19 (Pitching for a New Business): "You will present your business plan to potential investors with a view to securing appropriate funding."
I suggest you take a look through the specification and see if you're comfortable with the level of presentation required.
Do you know what units your school / college teach (they have many options to choose from). It may be that they don't actually do the units which include presentations anyway.
