My 3 favourite things to do in Liverpool

As I'm writing this it is the nicest day- the sun is shining and it is hot! Which has definitely influenced what my favourite things to do in Liverpool are.

Definitely sitting in Sefton Park on a lovely summer's day watching the world go by. Even better if you're having a picnic with a few mates and have sat by the lake or one of the buskers. It’s just a great atmosphere and one of my favourite things to look forward to when summer comes around.

Along similar lines- walking around Pier Head and the Albert Dock is a must for me. On a sunny day whatever the season and just taking in the river and Liverpool skyline. Perhaps even grabbing fish and chips to eat on a bench overlooking the river too (seagull dependent!). It's an area of Liverpool that just makes me happy and appreciative of the city I live in. Even just being in this area in the evening as the sun sets is enough to make my day.

Finally, Lark Lane is always a lovely place to have a stroll/ coffee break/ grab some food! There is always such a buzz, I couldn't even pick my favourite place on Lark Lane because they all have such different vibes depending on what you're feeling or time of day!

I really like the Liverpool one as it has a pretty wide range and I've been able to sit there for a couple of hours just relaxing and reading
