Manchester tenancy takeover 2024/2025 for UoM and MMU students

Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at MSV South Dwell as I've changed accommodations. It is close to University of Manchester and a 30 minute walk roughly from MMU. It is a flat of 4 with a shared kitchen and an en-suite bathroom. I stayed at this accommodation last year and it is a very good place and I would recommend!
