Need advice in terms of setting up my lnat account

Okay so as I was filling up my lnat account on Pearson website at the end it said looks like we received two request so we need to merge the the two accounts and that you will receive the message within 24 business working hours, I am getting worried and I just wanna know can I set up a new account with a new e-mail address or should a wait for the response from Pearson website? Need help here!!!!!!
