Academic misconduct
Hi I am after some advice, I have recently submitted my assignment and when receiving the results I’ve been told that the grade is withheld due to academic misconduct. I am really worried as I know I haven’t plagiarised it came back at 38% and everything that was highlighted were my quotes to which I referenced everyone of them, given my assignment to anyone else or even seen another students assignment.
I am really worried that I’m going to get kicked off the course and I’ve done nothing wrong. Would there be a reason to why this has happened to me?

I’m sure you won’t be kicked out of your course. You’ll have an academic misconduct meeting, in which you’ll have the chance to prove that you have not intentionally plagarised your work. Either way I think you should speak to your personal tutor, they’ll be able to tell you how things work in your uni.
One time my lecturer told me that you could have 100% plagarised work since turnitin cannot see references and also if everyone has been given the same exam then it’s all going to be similar. Your lecturers will be able to check either way so try not to worry.
