Not in terms of your career prospects no (assuming you plan on becoming a doctor). If you wish to go into academia, going to a RG to study medicine may allow you to get involved with unique research (simply because they are renowned institutions), but research opportunities are widely available at any university. Pick a university that you like and feel like you have a reasonable chance at getting into.
