Beware Red driving school

Do not waste your money, I was scammed £334 a block of lessons. However, other people have lost money with this business. Please pass this message onto other young learners to go elsewhere for lessons. Red has an awful customer service and are liars.

Indeed the 1 star reviews are very telling. https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/reddrivingschool.com?stars=1
Anyone can fake a 5 star review, although some may be genuine.

It might help if you elaborate on what actually happened - there isn't much to go on here.

Also please stop dragging up and spamming other threads about Red just to say the same thing.

I requested a refund previously due to the block not getting used and instructor left, however they extended the block giving another 6months to use instead if the refund. I was reassured that I had the extension then later when I went to request for lessons the representative did not log the discussion at their end so basically with no logging they are open yo take my money..No proof I requested to speak with the manager who knew who the representative was and she lied. Both of them. I am dealing with it, it is theft.
Red are a driving instructor 'factory', they churn out trainee instructors who then practise on the paying public. I used to be an examiner, and knew whenever I got into a Red car that I was likely to have a poor quality drive.
