I overheard this girl asking some guy if they knew me and she said “he looks kinda nerdy” and now i’m worried i was being called ugly cuz nerdy looking people are typically seen as ugly

Nope ,she was just referring to what she perceived you were as a "type" of person, not exactly ugly or beautiful.
