Nose job

Hi everyone,
I’m struggling to find a doctor who can give me the nose I want. Recently, I had a consultation (£150) with a respected doctor, but it didn’t go well. I’m very picky, and since this surgery is something I’ll carry for the rest of my life, I want to be very careful about whom I choose.
My main concern is the front profile of my nose after the surgery. I understand that most people focus on the side profile when considering a nose job, but I think the front profile is just as important. I need it to look natural, but from what I've seen from most doctors' results in the UK, it doesn’t seem to look natural. I'm not sure how to explain it.
If anyone knows of good doctors who can provide an aesthetically natural and functional nose, please let me know.
