Is UKNOTES Education a legitimate source and good for notes?

Hello! I was searching for notes for Economics based on University of Sheffield Modules and I found a website called UKNOTES Education, it seems to have notes for several modules. This is the link to the website, https://www.uknotes.education/university-of-sheffield, for the University of Sheffield notes. Hi, I was looking at it too and thought it seemed too good to be true. It's a shame no one else has replied or mentioned it before so I am only going off of their social media accounts but their X (twitter) and facebook pages have 3 followers and follow only Elon Musk. Doesn't look legit! Also, if you scroll to the bottom of the University specific page (Sheffield for you), there are links to the Copyright & Disclaimer, Privacy Policy but nothing for Terms & Conditions. I thought this was odd as well. For my University (Edinburgh) there is text for Terms & Conditions, but no link when I click it. I hope this helps.
