TMUA papers

There are two dates for the TMUA exam. 16/17th October this year. Are the papers going to be the same. If yes, wont that make cheating possible, elif no, why can't I find more than 2 past papers for a year because we take two papers a day. Also where can I find the TMUA papers that were taken in January as I am assuming that they wont be the same as the ones taken the previous year oct/nov?
Thanks for your help!

The reason there are only 2 papers (which as you rightly pointed out, were sat on the same day) for the previous years is because this is the first year where there has been a change of format for the TMUA exam. Previously everyone used to sit it on the same day and it was on paper. The format has changed so it is now taking place in Pearson VUE centres on computers. There also used to only be one sitting of the TMUA in October. The January sitting is new for this round of admissions as more universities are now using the TMUA I believe. I'm not exactly sure how they're running it this year and whether the papers are going to be the same. Hope this somewhat helps!

I am sitting it as well, it's computer based as of 2024 so would I get the mark straight away after finishing or would I have to wait ??

I believe candidates receive their marks approximately 6 weeks after the exam has been sat. Good luck!!

So how do I mark the answers ? On separate paper or on the computer?

On a computer, you can have a look at what the interface will be like if you go on the UAT-UK website!

If you mark on computer then why does it not just mark straight away..?

I may be wrong here but I believe this has created a big unfair divide for non camb applicants depending on when there applying. One test sitting cohort are competing against ALL of the cambridge applicants where as the jan sitting of the test are competing against NONE of the cambridge applicants. I'm not saying all cambridge applicants are smarter than all non cambridge applicants but Cambridge will have the greatest international competition and therefore will have brighter applicants.
