Why is there such a difference?

I recently added 5 minutes in to my work out (from 20-25 minutes) and i've noticed I'm sweating a lot more is this normal (over 5 minutes) or should i be concerned?

What does your workout consist of?

basically just cycling on a recumbent bike for 25 mins (I used to do 20 but it started feeling a bit too easy) of 20 length swimming in a 17 meter pool.

Going from 20 mins to 25 mins - assuming the same intensity etc. - is a 25% increase. That's a big jump, and it'll feel difficult at first, but you'll soon adapt to it, just like you adapted to 20mins.

25% increase is a big difference.
