Can I still apply for another university in clearing

I have accepted an unconditional offer from Cambridge, but I am not sure about going there any more. Will I still be able to apply to go to another Russell group university in the clearing? Many thanks.

Why do you not want to go to Cambridge.

Call the uni your interested in to see if they is space for the course u want and if they isyou can probably switch but then youd have decline the unconditional. Shouldn't be any problem since your smart enough to get accepted into Cambridge

Clearing hasn't opened, and 'just having the grades' is not enough to get anyone onto a course at any other Uni at this stage in the year.
Clearing has opened. I would suggest looking through the different courses available and finding the best fit for you.

Ino but u can still call up the uni tho and so they can take your details and potentially get fast tracked clearing. Of course having the grades isn't the final factor (first come first served), but it certainly helps.

The Universities are now into what are known as 'results embargo' while they process Scottish and then A level results. The majority of Unis will now not discuss Clearing places until A level Results Day.
