In a nutshell you don't. Students apply for internships and graduate jobs usually between 9 and 12 months in advance. Anything for this September has already gone. You wouldn't be able to handle the time needed for a masters and a full-time job at the same time anyway. Assuming you are on a 12 months course I would leave it another month and then start looking for jobs that would have a starting date on completion of your masters.

Agree with nutz99, there is no chance you can study MEng and work full time. A few years back I was studying elec eng while also working part-time (less than 20hrs a week) - I was under immense pressure and had close to zero social life because of that, I do not recommend.
