Where Can I Find Data about Enrolment in different Colleges in Cambridge?

I am a Chinese student and I'm going to apply to Cambridge this year.

I am eager to know the rate of enrolment of Chinese students in each college, if possible, in mathematics department. But I failed to find these figures on the official website. Can anyone help me?
What sort of information are you looking for?

Just to note, if you're looking for admissions statistics in order to maximise your chances of admissions, this will not work.

Really?🤣

I mean, some college will have some preferences, such as every year there will be a student from our school who is enrolled by Robinson. I just want to know which college would 'prefer Chinese students' or 'take Chinese students into consideration'🤣

Admissions doesn't have quotas like that. All Colleges take Chinese students into consideration - why wouldn't they? If Robinson has had a strong student from your school before, then they will likely feel more confident about the quality of subsequent applicants from that school, but the applicant still has to go through the same process.

If you are serious about wanting to get into Cam, then the only statistic you ought to consider is getting to interview. If you apply for maths at Colleges with a high number of maths applicants for places, then you may get rejected before interview.

No college has a distinct racial preference and every college would take Chinese students into consideration.

"[E]very year there will be a student from our school who is enrolled by Robinson." This is likely just pure chance or that people from your school are more likely to apply to Robinson.

You could submit a freedom of information request. However, they might not give you exact numbers, to prevent people being personally identified from the data. They are also not obligated to accept your request, if they think it would take an unreasonable amount of time to fulfil.

Robinson is perhaps one of the less competitive colleges - it's the kind of college that people get pooled to, rather than pooled from. Perhaps it has built up a stereotype at your school? But they're not going to be discriminating on the basis of race in admissions. That would be quite illegal.
