Second undergrad funding

Im a recent graduate from the University of Liverpool and I plan on studying Computer Science (Foundation Year) since I havent taken A-Level maths. I plan on applying to the same university or Manchester. Is there any way I can get SFE funding or anything else beside private loan companies? I have one year worth of funding left but my course will be 4 years
