It's listed already - between Roehampton and St Mary's
How up to date is the current UCAS Clearing list? Is it worth going through individual university websites to see if they have courses listed which are NOT currently listed on the UCAS website?

It depends if unis update UCAS in a timely manner or not. Check both UCAS and the websites of the unis you are interested in. Most updates will occur later tonight/tomorrow morning.

As above - always check both. Some universities will update UCAS first, others will update their website first.

Don't forget it's always a person doing those updates so it will only update as quickly as a person can work
All Unis are likely to make many last minute changes today as things develop during the day.

Check Uni websites after about 7pm tonight for definite info - things are not likely to change after this, but yes they still can right up to Clearing lines opening.
can someone please drop qmul's clearing hotline i can't find it anywhere
if you call a university for clearing, do you request the course that you'd like to ask for you, or do they ask you??? how does it workkk

They will ask you all the questions.
is it possible my firm uni still accepts me if I got one lower grade but one higher but still the same ucas points (e.g. A*A*B instead of A*AA)?

Yes it's possible, but they don't have to. They can also take you if you get A*AB, it will all depend on the uni, the course and the year - you just have to check UCAS to find out.
Good luck :hugs:

Every year some universities publish their Clearing vacancies online before the official listings come from UCAS. While UCAS now lists the vacancies available throughout July and August, it's still handy to have all the links in one place.
Note: No listings - sometimes this is because the listings aren't available but often this is because the clearing listings look identical to their full course list. This could be true (every single course is in Clearing) but it's best to double-check directly and on UCAS.
A big thanks to PQ for developing the previous versions of this thread. :clap2:

Universities to treat with caution in Clearing
Private universities/private colleges: these universities may well make you ineligible for student loans or may charge fees in excess of the amount of loan you can get to cover tuition fees. If they offer the course you want in the environment you want the go for it - but be sure to check the small print on their fees and funding before you commit to a place. With any university it's important to ask for and take note of names and job titles of anyone you speak to and ask them to confirm anything promised in writing.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you spot any unis in Clearing that I have missed, then please link them below and I'll add them to the list. Likewise, if you come across a website of a university stating explicitly that they will not have Clearing vacancies, then link that too.
