4 a levels - Options help

Some background information: I wanted to do medicine originally but have since drifted away from that career due to the long education process and just the overall bad work life balance within medicine.

I'm definitely doing a level maths and biology but was debating choosing PE and chemistry or just one or the other.

I've looked over the a level chem spec and I really feel like I won't enjoy it and it would potentially be too difficult for me. Mechanisms seems so difficult just from looking. I did a taster day and it just felt like I won't enjoy the subject, more just a gut feeling. However, if I change my mind in the future, I don't want not picking chem to mess up my chances of getting into medicine or other healthcare careers. At the moment, I'm considering nursing or physiotherapy or accountancy. What other degrees could I do?

PE: I wanted to take this as I enjoy sports and have found an interest in sports physiotherapy but I know that you only need biology so I really don't know what to do.
however, I didn't take PE at GCSE but I love biology and I know that theres quite a lot of overlap.

Should I take 4 a levels and go for it? I'm quite good with time management I would say so that wouldn't be too much of a problem.

Id check the subject requirements for those courses on unis websites to see what subjects they specify. If you will be fine with just maths and biology, then choose whichever 3rd subject you think you will enjoy most and get the best grade in.
P.s. if you dont think you will get on very well with chemistry, then id pick something else. No point picking something you wont enjoy and might not do the best in.

As above - check the 'entry requirements' on relevant degree course pages.
They will be clear what is essential and/or preferred. Also check any GCSE requirements - typically just Maths and English
