History of art university

Hi, I’m planning to study history of art but Im not entirely sure what jobs that I could do with this therefore I’m doubting my choices and can’t decide whether to go to uni or not, any advice?
You can do any of the jobs any other graduate can do. I.e. the majority of them, most graduate schemes don't care what subject your degree is in. You could just as well go into e.g. the civil service, financial services roles (including investment banking, management consulting, accounting, and so on), generalist grad schemes in various business managerial functions, the media, law, etc.

You could also potentially pursue some more specialist things in the heritage/arts/cultural/museums sector (including commercial activities in that sector e.g. at places like Christies or Sothebys), although you may need further study at a postgraduate level to progress in some of those fields.

There's also obviously academia as a possibility, or teaching.
