Part-time MSc degrees at Oxford

Question: Some MSc degrees are offered by Oxford usually by two schools e.g. Nuffield Department of Surgical Sciences and the Department of Continuing Education.

These are part-time degrees. I was wondering if these count as 'real' Oxford degrees. I'm sure the standard of education is likely the same, but does it hold the same value to employers?

Harvard Extension School for example doesn't count as 'real' Harvard bc iirc anyone can enroll which removes the selectivity impressiveness for employers.

I feel like these degrees from Oxford should count as 'real' degrees bc you need to apply, interview, have the minimum grade and the degrees are being offered from two departments, all of which is unlike Harvard Extension School. But I'm surprised at the fact that no one is applying for them. Like some are sitting at 30% acceptance rates which seems oddly high for Oxford.

Also, I did try asking the admin team. But they're giving me inconclusive answers such as " yes, these degrees are equivalent in terms of the standard of education". Like sure, I want the good education but if I'm gonna pay north of 50k (more like 60k counting the no. of times I'll have to fly into the UK for the 3 in-person courses and the hotel stay etc.), I would like for it to meaningfully impress employers.

You should be asking employers, not Oxford! Look at where the course alumni have gone on to.
