That's great news. In that case, you can almost certainly take advantage of "Compensation" detailed in D5.9 though D5.15 of Greenwich's
Academic Regulations for Taught Awards from 2023-24 (PDF).
Compensation is where they turn a "blind eye" to a failure if the credits are low enough and the marks are high enough - i.e. they award you the credits for those modules as if you'd passed them.
The key paragraph (which details most of the criteria) is this one:
"D5.11 In consideration of a student’s profile, the Progression and Award Board will apply compensation up to a maximum of 30 credits per stage of study where all the following apply:
• the work has been marked using a numerical scale (e.g. is not a pass/fail module).
• the overall module grade is no more than 10% below the minimum module pass mark.
• an average grade of the relevant pass mark has been achieved in all other modules which have been completed at the point at which the student is considered at a PAB.
• the credit to be compensated is NOT the dissertation or major project piece of
assessment."
From what you've written above, those criteria all apply.

The only potential issue is this:
"D5.14 Programme specifications may identify particular modules to which compensation may not be applied."
The programme specification is not available publicly, so I can't confirm that this doesn't apply to either of your two modules. I suggest you contact the course lead, or similar, to check that.
