Sending Durham successful IB remark

Please please help if you can!! I’ve had a successful regrade in one of my IB subjects (ie my grade has gone up) which means that I’ve met the conditions of my offer from Durham now. However, I’m having a lot of trouble getting Durham to acknowledge this. My IB coordinator told me to email Durham and let them know that my grades have updated in their system so they know that I’ve now made my offer. When I called Durham admissions, they asked me to send my updated grades to them directly. I am not sure how I am supposed to do that? I thought that only the IB can send your grades to an institution (which they’ve already done…). What’s more, Durham sent out an email address which you should email your updated grades to after a remark a few weeks ago ([email protected]) and then the lady from admissions told me to use a different one ([email protected]). I’ve emailed the first and received no response. Overall, I am just quite confused as to what I’m supposed to be doing. Now that I’ve met the conditions of my offer (Durham was my firm choice), they will let me in, won’t they? Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!!

The problem is that they are in the embargo period when they are not allowed to talk or reply to students. I would email every email they have given you. There is a small window between the embargo periods on the 6th to 9th Aug so you will probably get an answer then. Durham aren’t the best at responding so keep chasing and well done on getting the remark.

Still waiting but have taken your advice and emailed the second address they gave me to let them know about my updated grades in their system. Thank you for the info!!

You are in the times between the embargo period now (6-9th) so if you haven’t had a reply by tomorrow I would be tempted to call admissions too
