Reading Tenancy takeover

Hello, I have a tenancy agreement with Kendrick Hall in reading for a premium plus double en-suite and I’m looking for someone to takeover my tenancy. I will attending university in London which I thought would be possible to commute from reading but I don’t believe that will be possible anymore. It is £245 per week and lasts 44 weeks. Kendrick Hall (the same as OP listed) an off-campus private student accommodation only a couple of minutes from the main campus and near the city centre. Look at my post for more details
