Disability discrimination universal credit

Honestly feel so frustrated . I applied for a universal credit change of circumstances advance as I needed the additional money due to a change in my health condition (disability) which meant I needed to start buying some supplements advised by my GP which
aren’t usually prescribed. Then the agent told me through my account that I can’t apply because my award for universal credit is unlikely to increase. Bear in mind ghat I applied for pip in December 2020 plus limited capability for work in 2022. Haven’t heard back from either. I was even asked to do another limited capability for work. There seems to be no recognition that I submitted one in the past and didn’t even get a response. These payments btw would mean my award would be increased. But I’ve not been able to get it because universal credit is simply not doing their job. Even at the moment I have a disability discrimination case because universal credit didn’t put reasonable adjustments for me despite me asking since February 7th this year. My solicitor estimated the value of my claim to be quite high plus interest. We also got a subject access request from the universal credit, which I’m going to look through after my august exams. Hopefully it will help strength my claim and increase the value of it. I am so sick and tired of what I’ve been through with universal credit .
