My university need to contact SFE?

I postponed my teacher training at Easter, and am due to go back in September. When I started my course, my uni ran a PGDE, but they now only do a PGCE. When I submitted my SFE application for September, I put my course down as a PGDE. SFE wrote to me to say that they couldn’t match my course details, and now someone from my university needs to contact them to confirm it. Who should be contacting SFE, how do they do it, and what do they need to confirm?

Hi FOB1,

If the course you have selected is not listed on the database then your university will need to contact us electronically to confirm the correct course that you will be studying.

Is there a specific person that needs to do that? Does it need to be someone from the course I am studying?
