Aldi Individual Assessment 2024

Hi,
After receiving my application in which I answered multiple questions about why I wanted to work at Aldi etc I was sent an online test and then I was invited in for an assessment. This turned out to be an informal chat with the Area Manager about hours, pay, why I want the job and usual interview questions just in a more informal setting and then today I have been invited for an individual assessment. What is likely to happen at this individual assessment? The way my application has been processed seems to be different to everyone else’s so I am a little confused and it’s adding to my nerves.
