I thought Higher maths was so much harder than higher chemistry and i got an A in maths but a C in chemistry, like what? .its like someone gets 100% in all subject and theres this one subject they get 0 % in if u know what i mean.So im definitely going to appeal for chemistry But like im really pleased as l will be going to university one year earlier than everyone else and like i exceeded the entry requirements of 4As😜
Wait, I remember u from gkc. We once had a chat on this website like 6 months ago.
ok so I got my sqa results today and it is not what I was expecting it is so bad and the fact I want to do medicine is much more worse I mean I did only come to Scotland fairly recently and got into highers at first I thought it would be easy but so much has happened since then and now my results are not medical school worthy I have 2 Ds, 2 no awards and a C and they were all highers. What should I do now ** am I beyond cooked ?

Does anyone know what time the my sqa will reopen today? I’ve been trying to sign in since 9am but it just goes to the page closed message. I didn’t receive text or envelope yesterday so I need to wait and sign in to see my certificate and results.

They should now be open, did you make sure to sign up and sign into your account before the 17th July to activate it? If you haven't received your results on Tuesday 6th then you will need to contact your school or college and they should be able to help.
Very happy with my results in my highers (was not expecting an A1 in english luckily the boundaries got reduced a tiny bit) A1 - Maths A1 - Modern studies A1 - English A1 - Economics A1 - Business Does anyone know if unis can see bands e.g. A1 and A2? Hopefully Advanced highers go well and excited to hopefully be doing Econ + Maths at Lse or Warwick
hi, how did you find out your bands? As far as i'm aware, no one is privy to this info as of yet. also, only some english unis look at bands, but very rarely. bands generally don't matter at all. but good job!
Warwick (MORSE BSC) and LSE (ECONOMICS) both require an A1 in advanced higher maths.
I was wondering if they see the bands in my highers when considering me as a candidate to send an offer to conditional or unconditional.
I said usually Good question, for achieved grades - you put these into UCAS yourself. Pending qualifications are seen by universities directly from the exam board but qualifications you have already achieved are inputted by you. @PQ, any insight on whether a candidate should include bands when entering SQA quals for their achieved qualifications when making a UCAS application?

Thanks I see.
I don't think its possible to input grades but I may be wrong. Its strange we are unable to do that but English students are able to differentiate themselves with A and A* grades.
