Any recommendations for private accommodation that is nice and social - first year students, social spaces, party-loving crowd?

never heard of a private accom that is lively, theyre all pretty dead.
The liveliest you can go for parties is oakhouse for sure, or in fallowfiled which may allen court? but theyre stuck right in between so i doubt that too
