Silly questions about A Levels

Hey all
I have a simple but silly question and curios to hear your thoughts.
For my A Levels I got
Business - B
Geography - C
Media - Distinction *
EPQ - B

And say an apprenticeship asked for BBB grades, would I meet that requirement or not due to the C? Could the EPQ compensate for the C grade?

Many thanks

Only the organisation offering the apprenticeship can answer this question.

Hi, In most cases, apprenticeship programs that specify grade requirements, such as BBB, are typically referring to your A-level grades specifically. Since your A-level grades are Business - B, Geography - C, and Media - Distinction *, the C in Geography would generally mean that you do not meet the BBB requirement.
However, some apprenticeship programs may consider other factors, such as your EPQ grade, relevant experience, or the overall quality of your application. The EPQ (Extended Project Qualification) being a B is a strong achievement and can showcase your skills, but it typically does not directly compensate for a lower A-level grade in meeting specific grade criteria.
It's always a good idea to check the specific entry requirements of the apprenticeship you’re interested in and to contact their recruitment team if you're unsure. They might consider your overall profile and qualifications beyond just the grades.
