I got AAA( maths, computing, English) and BB(chemistry, physics) in my highers. Planning to do Advance higher in maths, chemistry. What are my chances to get englineeering in Glasgow/ Edinburgh universities,

Will BB’s in higher chemistry, physics impact my admissions?

That’s a solid set of results - it would depend what type of Engineering you want to do at Edinburgh - you would meet the entry requirements for some types but not all of them.
