3-alevel resits for medicine/pharmacy

I study bio chem and psych. The first time I took my alevels I had a lot of external issues which led me to achieve CDD so I decided to retake with my school and then ended up slicing my hand open before the start of exams and this led to a lot of other issues which further impacted my exams yet again I am thinking of waiting till results day and seeing what my grades are but I already know they won’t be good so I’m planning on retaking again and I’m not sure if I should still consider applying for medicine or pharmacy, if I provide them with my medical proof would that be enough for my extenuating circumstances.

Omg hope your hand is okay now ?
I’d say go for pharmacy since the entry requirements are lower and it’s less competitive but honestly go with your gut if you believe you can get good enough resits to apply for Medicine why not

You will need to ask each Uni individually - some will be very cagey about 3 attempts at A levels, especially for Medicine. And have you asked your school about resitting again - have they actually said yes?
