LNAT yr 13

Hi guys so basically i want to do a law degree in uni and some unis require me to sit the LNAT the thing is the unis I'm currently interested in don't require it so isn't it a waste of time and money if I do it? But at the same time I'm not sure because what if I decide to a different uni? My teacher didn't give me an any info (i didnt even know what LNAT was until a friend told me) plus it's summer so I can't really ask. Also I'm not sure if I will be able to revise because from what I heard the exams start in October. Idk if I have to sit it or not any help would be really appreciated thanks.
You only need to take the LNAT if you wish to obtain a place at one of the universities which requires applicants to take the LNAT. To prepare for the LNAT you can obtain practice tests online and in book form. It is not a test for which you can revise.

If the unis you're thinking of applying to don't require the LNAT then there's no reason for you to take it. If you change your mind and want to apply to another university that does require the LNAT then they will tell you a deadline by which date you will need to have taken the LNAT (the earliest I'm aware of is mid-October for Oxford and maybe Cambridge, but the university itself should have information available about whether LNAT is required and by when you'd need to take it.
