I failed my exams will I still have a chance?

Hi I just got my exam results back and they weren’t what I wanted at all.
BCDD at higher will I still be able to get into uni? I want to go to Glasgow or strath for psychology or political sciences but I’m worried I’ll have no chance. I’m taking 4 highers next year Politics, RMPS, Modern studies and retaking English (my B was in history) I’m also taking college twice a week while going to school (psychology level 6) and I have volunteering and work experience including that (I’ve also got 312 UCAS points I don’t know if that’ll help) but could anyone know if I’ll have any chance?

What are Glasgow and Strathclyde's entry requirements for psychology or pol sci?

It usually says on their website.

From there I can advise, it's tricky for me to search at the moment though as I'm not at my desk

Okay, so you've got 1 B so far, with AABB needed from your qualifications next year to get you to that. It's do-able. It's tough but it's do-able. History went well this year, politics will be similar in structure.

Remember you have 5 UCAS choices when you apply, so you can go for a range of options with a range of entry criteria.

Is this helpful?
Has it reassured you a little?

Worth a try:smile: apply for both courses then you have three other courses to apply for and go for ones that fit your current grade status I.e ones that want three or four highers at B/C just incase. But got to try too see so def go for it
