I've just written out 3 paragraphs on the app, pressed back, my keyboard disappeared along with the post I'd written and the reply button. A helpful reply to a user now has to be typed out again on browser because the app cannot cope when a post is quoted and a reply more than 2 phone widths.

The way a reply functions differently when a quote is on it compared to when there's no quote needs to change desperately. It is good practice to quote a user when giving advice. I can't tag on the app either.

Hi. Sorry that you lost your reply. I'm just trying to reproduce the problem and wanted to make sure I understood what happened. You said you pressed back, do you mean the "< Back" button at the top of the page?
Is the problem with replying with quotes that you can't see the whole of the post (edit) you are replying to once you have typed a longer reply?
In your screenshot it looks like the quote from azure000 is showing just off the bottom of the screen. Is this what happened right after you pressed back?

I pressed the back button on my device, which removes the keyboard. Usually I have:
Header
Thread on the app
Quote sat above the reply box
Reply box & reply button
Then my keyboard
I'll take a screenshot of my current editor to show you
But on this occasion, as I typed my reply it became hidden behind my keyboard (which is expected behaviour on the TSR app and was feedback when it was released). When I removed the keyboard, the reply button needs to be visible in order for me to submit. Now that this reply is long enough you can see that my submit button has gone (see screenshot two)

I misunderstood which back button you meant so thank you for clarifying. I've managed to reproduce the problem on my Android phone too now and will log a bug for it. Again, sorry that you lost your post.

Was this not something TSR were aware of? I raised last year when the app was released

We don't seem to have it recorded it out bug tracker so I'm not sure how it got missed. I will add it in.

This should be fixed in the newest version of the app
