How to become a registered Pyschologist is an undergraduate and phd enough?

When you register with the Health ard Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Psychologist you will need to tell them what type of Psychologist you're registering as. This will dictate the qualifications which you must have obtained.

What type of Psychologist would you be seeking to register as? Clinical, Counselling, Educational, Forensic, Health, Occupational, or Sport & Exercise?

For all, you would need an undergraduate degree accredited by the BPS (which the Open University's degree is). However the experience and postgraduate requirements vary based upon the types above.
To add to the above, the similarities is that all psychologist roles will involve additional education and trainee practice - what differs is the requirements to get onto the courses and whether the practice is part of that course or not (and the funding of the courses)
