Pff2 form

I'm a university student who completed first year recently and reapplied for student finance for second year. Originally I had completed and sent the PFF2 form straight away for my first year application however this year I couldn't complete the PFF2 form up until now so I had the minimum amount of student finance approved for the year. My question is that because I only just completed the PFF2 form in early august and submitted it now, would this cause a delay in me receiving the money at the start of my course or would I still get the minimum amount for the time being or would completing the PFF2 form late delay the payment coming in so I wouldn't receive any money until my application is re-evaulated and changed according to my household income.
