If you used Clearing in 2024, how did you find it?

Hiya! It's been around 10 working days since I uploaded my required documents to the self-service portal, but I haven't yet received my CAS. I'm a bit worried if any of my documents are incomplete or missing. I'm wondering when do applicants normally receive a confirmed status and your CAS? Should I reach out to the university to inquire about the status of my application? Thank you very much!

I wait about 8 working days but unfortunately get on hold today. you may need to check the portal to see whether any condition reopen, or simply need additional check by PAO.

Did you get your CAS? I'm starting to get anxious as I need to apply for my visa soon. It's been two weeks since I uploaded my last document and now I'm kicking myself for not getting it done earlier, if nothing but for my own peace of mind at this point.
