What about over 12 months?

I went into Greggs and did a really weird vocal fry, 'irritating LA influencer voice' and asked for a cream bun. And I could tell the lady was trying not to smile 😂. (Typical British lady being polite but inside )

Do you think I ought to try speaking in a British accent for a full day and try to use British phrasing? I think it would be fun.

I really need to lay off of the fast food as well. I feel like I gained so much weight just this week. I weighed myself at the start of the week and I weighed 141 pounds. I weighed myself today and I weighed 144. I dunno if it's just me but I feel like I'm so much bigger. I think I'm just going to cook everyday this week and just order drinks from Starbucks, Dunkin' , and Buc-ee's

That’s actually lower than average for a female. Makes me feel even more embarrassed I’m only 44kg 😭 And bloody male!!! And 16. 👿
