How long before contacting SFE?

Hello, just wondering how long to wait before contacting SFE for an update on student loan application? I applied 6 June and my account still shows as 'Application Processing'. This is my 2nd application for student finance and my previous application was quite a long time ago for my first degree. many thanks!
