They are here to here to assist you with any accommodation-related matters throughout the year.

Manchester Student Homes is also a great resource to help you find accommodation across Salford and Greater Manchester. They only advertise accommodation providers which meet their strict Code of Standards, and they also offer free advice on house hunting, contract checking and your rights as a tenant. So I would definitely recommend having a look at their website.
