Need urgent help deciding third choice for alevel

I am taking AQA Biology and chemistry
I am unsure whether to do AQA physics or edexcel maths.
I want to do dentistry or medicine. My sister says to do psychology as a third subject because its easier to get a good grade in. However, I am not an essay person.
Someone who has experience with AQA physics or edexcel maths please provide insight into which one you think is better or how your experienc was with them. Which ones easier to get a good grade in?
or should i do AQA alevel psychology?
I am think of univeristy of birmingham dentistry but I am not sure.

Which subject do you prefer? Regardless of how “easy” or “hard” others find a subject, ultimately all A levels will be difficult. You’ll do better in a subject if you enjoy it. I study psychology A level and it’s my least favourite subject. I wouldn’t say I struggle, but I have to spend more time revising psychology, because I don’t enjoy it as much as my other subjects (philosophy and politics). It’s very content heavy and getting a good grade is heavily dependent on your ability to memorise the content and the evaluation points. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend studying psychology unless you have a genuine interest in the subject. Look at the specifications for maths and physics and identify the topics you might enjoy studying. I know people studying maths and physics. The vast majority of people I know who study maths struggle. It’s only the people who are very interested in maths or put in a lot of effort who tend to do well in the subject. I don’t know many people who study physics but from what I can tell, it is also a difficult subject. It’s really down to your preference in terms of content and learning.
If you're not an essay person don't do psychology. It depends on personal preference, but I would personally recommend maths over physics. It's much easier to guarantee a top grade in maths if you practise and put the work in. There are also so many resources available for a level maths (more than any other a level I'd say). Physics on the other hand can have super unpredictable exams and it's much harder to guarantee a high grade in.

don’t do physics unless you want to do maths aswell because physics heavily relies on stuff from a level maths. The third subject can be anything else, pick one you enjoy

Thanks
psychology is hardly an essay subject at all i don't know why people say this.
For Med your third subject doesn't matter - just the grade - so pick a subject you will enjoy studying and where you feel confident of a high grade, don't worry about 'what looks good'.
