Don't panic

Sometimes although you have your periods around the same day of each month you can still have a late period or none. If you don't get your period in around a week time then you can always contact your GP and ask for further medical advice.

How many months without period is concerning.......
If you haven't had a period for over 3 months and you're not pregnant, this is known as paused or missed periods (secondary amenorrhoea). If you're experiencing secondary amenorrhoea, speak to your doctor. They'll talk to you about different things that might affect your periods

Your body takes time to readjust after taking something like the Depo injection, similar to birth control pills - it can take around 3 months for your body to be fully back to normal after stopping any birth control.

Obviously nobody on here can give you medical advice as I would leave that to your own GP to give you.

Hi sorry to add to your thread but me and my partner had protected sex with the condom, neither instance did the condom come off although in the last day or so I’ve been experiencing cramps as symptoms and he’s been telling me my mood has been changed as of recently it’s been 31 days since I last had my period as he keeps a track of it for me and my period cycle and length is irregular too with it being 26, 27, 26, 28, 30, 28, 31. He said up until the 12th potentially it’s a chance my period will come as my period predicted day was the 7th for August as OP my period is irregular do I have anything to worry about?

If the condom was still on after you finished having sex then you'll be okay about not being pregnant.

Sometimes periods can be late so don't be worrying about it, any make concerns about things then you should talk to your GP but other there's nothing to worry about okay ☺️ ☺️.

Hopefully if the tracker is right then you should be having your periods.

Yeah it was kept on. Thank you for the assurance Tracey 😊, Probably overthinking. Yeah the tracker all up to and kept up to date.

Hi Tracey, I’m getting worried now it’s nearly the end of the weekend and if not tomorrow my period will be considered late I have no idea what to do and I am real scared.

If you are not pregnant then sometimes stress or something else can delay your periods as well.

Maybe do another pregnancy test just for your own piece of mind, then if negative you might consider getting a GP appointment for a check up ( if your periods don't come soon ok ) .

You'll have to be patience for time being and see if it comes for you but if you have any real concerns then do speak to your GP for any further advice. But I wouldn't be too worried yet, yes I know it is inconvenient for you not knowing when they are going to come.
I had protected sex with him, and that’s when I started to bleed at the point when he released and came out. Is that a concern that it took having sex for my period to start because ever since after having sex I have been bleeding well lightly for my first day anyways. Which was yesterday and that too a week later than expected?
