What happens if I defer my final year

Hi, I have an exam just happening tomorrow that I already deferred from May due to a broken arm.
However, this time my girlfriend told me yesterday that she cut her wrist and sent pics and this left me shocked and I just can't deal with this, I couldn't focus on anything aside from that. My gf and I are in a long-distance relationship and I just cant deal with this. I'm so distressed right now. I took some exams since this will be my last chance to take it, but I just can't do the one tomorrow
I don't think I can get myself together to go through tomorrow's exam and pass it.
I messaged my personal tutor and my deferral board about this, and I don't know if I can repeat a final year, and if I could apply for a visa extension.
It's just so confusing right now. Life was going on just well and this happens.
What can I do? Has anyone repeated third year like this???
