Postgrad loan- evidence

Hi SFE Team,

I'm in the process of applying for student finance for my postgraduate course starting in September. I am a UK citizen, but I have an Irish passport which it seems I can't use as evidence. I've been asked to send my birth certificate instead, but I can only see an address to post this to.

Is there no email address or online way to submit this evidence? I could send it in the post but I'm worried it'll get lost and I don't have a way of getting a copy. An online method of submitting this evidence would be much quicker and easier, so I'm wondering if this is possible?
