Hi there,

Interview structures can vary depending on the role, company, and industry, but for a one-hour interview, you can usually expect something like this:

Introduction (5-10 minutes): A brief chat to break the ice. The interviewer might introduce themselves, talk about the company, and outline what to expect during the interview.

Background/Experience Discussion (15-20 minutes): This is where you’ll talk about your CV, experiences, and how they relate to the role. Be ready to discuss key projects, your achievements, and how your skills align with the job.

Technical/Competency Questions (20-25 minutes): Depending on the role, you might face technical questions or competency-based questions that assess how you handle certain situations. This is your chance to showcase your problem-solving abilities and relevant knowledge.

Questions for the Interviewer (5-10 minutes): At the end, you'll usually have the chance to ask questions. This is important as it shows your interest in the role and company. Have a couple of thoughtful questions ready.

This is just a general outline, and the actual structure may differ slightly. Good luck with your interview!
