Warwick/Coventry Tenancy Takeover

Due to not going to Warwick Uni next year, I am looking for someone to take over my double room in Canley in a 7-bed 3-bathroom house asap.

It is just a ~10 minute walk to Tesco and Warwick uni and ~30 min bus to Cov uni. 6 male housemates, most doing masters in physics/engineering.

It is a 12-month tenancy from 01/08/24 - 31/07/25 at £490 pcm all bills included.
