swapping choices / embargo

hello

i’d like to swap my firm and insurance around
so i emailed both universities. My insurance responded, but my firm said they’re on embargo and can’t help. is there a way for me to make my insurance my firm

You've missed the deadline to swap replies (it was in July).

If you want to go to your insurance instead of your firm then unless you miss your firm offer grades and they reject you on Thursday then you'll now need to use clearing to apply back to your insurance choice.

The embargo starts at 2pm today so your firm choice are being a bit naughty in using that as an excuse not to speak to you. However they are right in that they can't do anything now until next Thursday.

If your insurance choice has said they're happy to accept you back via clearing then ask them if they can provide you with that reassurance in writing now so that you can get out of your firm choice and into clearing on results day confident that you have a place waiting for you
