Probably Loughborough, It has a famously sporty reputation and it is a decent uni outside of sport as well

Loughborough or Bath - both are training centres for Team GB and have excellent sports facilities - and Birmingham benefitted from the Commonwealth Games for new facilities.
Sport courses (bath.ac.uk)
Courses | School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences | Loughborough University (lboro.ac.uk)
Sports Science degrees at the University of Birmingham - University of Birmingham

You haven't even started your A'levels yet though. What makes you think you can't meet that when you haven't encountered the content?

You have to believe in yourself , AAA isn’t extremely difficult especially if you but the work in. I went from getting a U in a level math and 6 at gcse to now predicted 4A* and looking at maths at uni. It’s all about how hard you work
